<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest having a cup holder hardly separable from a pad, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the armrest 1 with the cup holder, the pad 3 is molded by impregnating an integrated component A, which is made of a slab urethane foam integrally provided on an outer surface of the cup holder 10, with a foam liquid for molding the pad, when the foam liquid for molding the pad is injected into a cover assembly having the cup holder 10 seamed with a trim cover 2.
