The present invention relates to a beehive container monitoring device having a temperature and humidity fixing unit for enabling a user to install a temperature and humidity sensor in an easy manner, and to a beehive container monitoring method. The beehive container monitoring method includes: a first step of making the temperature and humidity sensor sense the temperature and the humidity of the inside of an accommodation space; a second step of transmitting information about the temperature and the humidity sensed by the temperature and humidity sensor to a middleware embedded by using a sensing board and a communications unit; a third step of making a reception unit of the middleware embedded receive the information, transmitted by the communications unit; and a fourth step for storing the information in a storage unit of the middleware embedded. The beehive container monitoring device optimizes the temperature and the humidity of the inside of the beehive container by efficiently monitoring the temperature and the humidity of the beehive container having the temperature and the humidity sensor and correctly identifying characteristics influenced by the temperature and the humidity of the inside of the beehive container. Therefore, a collection amount of honey can be increased.
