The present invention relates to a brown rice cooker using copper for thermal conduction and heating for cooking brown rice. A brown rice cooker according to a first embodiment of the present invention for cooking rice by using brown rice comprises a rice pot having the inner side formed with a stainless plate, having the outer side formed with a copper plate, and including an aluminum plate between the stainless plate and the copper plate; an aluminum plate formed on the lower surface of the rice pot having the outer side made with a copper plate; and a stainless place formed on the lower surface of the aluminum plate, and coupled to the outer surface of the stainless plate. |
