ESTIMATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TIMING AND COST OF SERVICE EVENTS IN PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation system and a method for timings and costs of service events in a single product life cycle. SOLUTION: In the system (28), a service database (30) includes plural service information of products, a pre-processor (32) processes the plural information so as to convert it to a predetermined format, a statistical analysis part (34) analyses the processed plural information so as to acquire failure information of plural partitions and a simulator (40) simulates service events of products based on the failure information, so that the timings and costs of the events are estimated.
