The present invention relates to a composition of a heat conductive composite resin comprising graphite and aluminum powder with different average particle sizes, and to a heat dissipating structure using the same. The present invention is capable of manufacturing a heat conductive composite material with improved heat conductivity by adding graphite with outstanding heat conductivity and aluminum powder with an average particle size of 1 to 8 μm to a polymer resin having low insulating properties. In addition, an adhesive is formed by using the polymer resin for having effective heat dissipation by reducing the air gap between a heating module and an interface of the metal, and for usefully applying to interface binding of the heat dissipating structure having little shrinkage factor over a long period of time while maintaining the original shape under stresses. |
