1. A method of a load management implemented by a load management platform in a base station, comprising:
receiving, from a provisioning engine of a service provider network in an Operation and Management (O&M) message, application information associated with a plurality of applications or type of service utilized by one or more mobile devices, wherein the application information includes, in separate fields of the O&M message, at least a bandwidth partitioning information, a mapping information, a first timing information, a second timing information, a subscription information and a multiband information; generating mapping between the plurality of applications and one or more of the plurality of carriers based on the mapping information, allocating, based on the bandwidth partitioning information, a total bandwidth of each of the plurality of carriers among different classes of traffic, during one or more time periods indicated by the first timing information and deallocating the total bandwidth after the one or more time periods elapse; implementing the mapping, for one or more time periods indicated by the second timing information, according to the generated mapping information, enforcing call admission policies with respect to calls originating from the one or more mobile devices and constraining the call scheduling activities of the load management platform; performing call admission control based on the subscription information, wherein the subscription information includes authorization of the one or more mobile devices to access corresponding ones of the plurality of applications; and determining that the one or more mobile devices are capable of operating in one of a singular band and multiple bands based on the multiband information. |
