The present invention relates to a harness connector required for electrical/electronic products including all kinds of home appliances such as televisions, washing machines, computers and the likes and, specifically, relates to an automatic inspection device of a harness used for an automatic inspection process for the harness. A defective harness unloading device to take off a defective harness after an electrical inspection, a part of harness automation equipment which automatically executes electric and vision inspections on the harness when the harness is automatically carried along a conveyor, mainly comprises: tongs (41) to pick up a housing of the harness; a tong cylinder (42) to open and close the tongs (41); a vertical cylinder (44) mounted on the upper side of the tong cylinder (42); and a horizontal cylinder (46) to move the vertical cylinder (44) forward and backward. The tongs (41) are formed in an angled ′C′ shape. The vertical cylinder (44) is installed on a vertical plate (45) which is connected to the horizontal cylinder (46) and the tongs (41) are moved forward and backward. An operating plate (43) of the tong cylinder (42) is connected to either side with a piston, thus the tongs (41) are opened and closed while the operating plate (43) is folded and unfolded. The forward and backward movements of the tongs (41) by the horizontal cylinder (46) are formed with a guide by a movement in a guide body (47) installed on the side of the horizontal cylinder (46). |
