The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating and extracting juice of ice plant bladders and ice plant bladder juice obtained by the apparatus. The apparatus for separating and extracting juice of ice plant bladders according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical external case; a first cylindrical inner case disposed inside the external case and spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface and the bottom of the external case by a predetermined distance to have predetermined sizes of openings on the circumferential surface and the bottom thereof; a second cylindrical inner case sharing the central axis of the first inner case to be spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface of the first inner case by a predetermined distance; and a motor connected to the first and the second inner case to rotate the first and the second inner case, wherein ice plants are inserted into a space between the first and the second inner case; the first and the second inner case rotate by the motor; and the ice plant bladders are separated and juice thereof is extracted into a space between the first inner case and the external case through the openings on the circumferential surface and the bottom of the first inner case. |
