The present invention relates to a small-fuel combined heat and power generator using a small-sized heat source and, more specifically, to a small-fuel combined heat and power generator wherein the rotational force of a steam spray device for generating electricity is multiplied by applying the reactive energy of a steam spray force, which is sprayed from the nozzle (106) of the disk-shaped steam spray device having multiple nozzles mounted to spray steam and capable of rotating, to the disk-shaped steam spray device without a turbine, and applying the whole active energy of sprayed steam, which U-turns after colliding with a steam reflection guiding groove (108) installed on an adjacent steam reflecting plate (107) to reflect the sprayed steam, to the disk-shaped steam spray device. |
