PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of improving display qualities.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device is provided, including a first substrate and a second substrate described below, and a liquid crystal layer held between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes: a first pixel electrode having a first contact part and a first strip electrode extending from the first contact part and having a first length; a second pixel electrode having a second contact part on the same straight line as the first contact part and a second strip electrode extending from the second contact part and having a second length equal to the first length; and a third pixel electrode having a third contact part at a position shifted from the above straight line of the first contact part and a third strip electrode extending from the third contact part and having a third length different from the first length. The second substrate includes: a first color filter opposing to the first pixel electrode; a second color filter opposing to the second pixel electrode; and a third color filter opposing to the third pixel electrode. |
