DOCUMENT SUBMITTING SUPPORT SERVICE SYSTEM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service system and a recording medium which support the submitting of a document by generating and submitting the document to be submitted instead of a person who generates and submits the document. SOLUTION: This system comprises a computer 2 for a submitting support center and a computer 3 for a charge billing/collection center and provides document submitting support service for a document submitting support requester by making the computer 2 send and receive information to and from the computer 3 for a charge billing/collection center and a computer 1 for the document submitting support requester and a computer 4 for a submitting destination through a network 5; and this system has a function of registering property information on the document submitting support requester and a function of generating the necessary document by retrieving the registered property information. Further, the system has a function of submitting the document instead of the requester by sending the data of the generated document.
