PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a wireless LAN signal via a transmission line regardless of a broadcast signal to be transmitted by a transmission line that is laid in a building.SOLUTION: A signal transmission system includes a broadcast wave receiver and a plurality of frequency controllers. The broadcast wave receiver determines whether a signal of a frequency band of a radio signal is included in broadcast signals. In the case where the signal of the frequency band of the radio signal is not included in the broadcast signals, the frequency controllers transmits/receives the radio signal via a transmission line between the frequency controllers. In the case where the signal of the frequency band of the radio signal is included in the broadcast signals, the frequency controller converts a radio signal inputted from a base station device or an antenna into a signal of a transmission frequency band that is a frequency band not used for the broadcast signals, the signal obtained by the conversion is transmitted/received via the transmission line between the frequency controllers, a signal received from the other frequency controller is converted into the signal of the frequency band of the radio signal, and the signal obtained by the conversion is outputted to the base station device or the antenna. |
