PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of creating a raw tire model capable of reproducing changes in angle and distance of cords of a reinforcement material useful for developing a finished tire.SOLUTION: The method of creating a raw tire model is a method, using a computer 1, for creating a raw tire model 40 modeling a raw tire 2 including a reinforcement material 3 in which plural cords 11 are covered with unvulcanized rubber 12. The method includes: a step S1 to input a reinforcement material model 29 which simulates the reinforcement material 3 on the computer 1.
