PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rapid rise in power consumption of a heating device including a single heater when a temperature therein is raised, without a need of a system having a complex constitution.SOLUTION: A heater control unit 33 reduces power to be supplied to a heater 12 after an integrated value of a power consumption of the heater 12 measured from a start point time during a predetermined time to any time point during the time exceeds a predetermined threshold.
