PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a temperature sensor that is hardly susceptible to adverse effects on detection accuracy due to the temperature inclination of a placement surface, especially when the temperature inclination occurs transitionally, and also propose a sensor in which a decline in accuracy due to the effect of heat propagating through the sensor wiring is hard to occur.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor has two heat-sensitive elements disposed laterally symmetrically to the center axis of a film, a first heat-sensitive element being disposed in an area into which an infrared ray enters and a second heat-sensitive element being disposed in an area from which the infrared ray is blocked. The temperature sensor also has a dense portion in which signal patterns close up together so as they are thermally coupled with each other, and a heat conducting part which is in contact with a film surface opposite a surface on which the signal patterns are formed, the center axis of the dense portion being disposed in alignment with the center axis of the film, a portion reaching the dense portion from each terminal of the signal patterns being disposed laterally symmetrically to a center axis on the film, an area where the heat conducting part is projected to the surface on which the signal patterns are formed including the dense portion. |
