PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep evaluation device capable of presenting appropriate sleep advice by accurately evaluating the quality of sleep by a simple method.SOLUTION: A sleep evaluation device X includes: a sleep state determination part 1 for determining a person's sleep state in a sleep period from going to bed to leaving bed based on the person's biological information; a sleep section setting part 2 for dividing the sleep period into at least two sections; a sleep index setting part 3 for setting at least one sleep index for each section into which the sleep period is divided by the sleep section setting part 2; a sleep index creation part 4 for creating each sleep index set by the sleep index setting part 3 based on the result of the determination by the sleep state determination part 1; a sleep evaluation value calculation part 61 for calculating a sleep evaluation value for each section using the sleep index created by the sleep index creation part 4; and a sleep evaluation part 7 for evaluating the person's sleep for each section based on the sleep evaluation value. |
