PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof and soundproof floor structure and a construction method therefor, capable of constructing a partition wall in a single process and offering advantages in terms of construction period and costs, along with ease of management.SOLUTION: A sound-insulating edge joist 36, a floor support 52 and other members are laid out on a lower floor 30, to support an upper floor base panel 32 and make a double-floor structure. Also, a soundproof base wall 64 of a height that equals the distance from the top of the lower floor 30 to the top surface of the upper floor base panel 32 is erected along a longer side direction of a partition wall 62, at a location where the partition wall 62 is installed between rooms that need vibration-proofing and soundproofing. An undersurface of the upper floor base panel 32 is supported by the sound-insulating edge joist 78 erected on the lower floor 30, while a vibration-proof member 88 is inserted at a location surrounded by the sound-insulating edge joist 78, the upper floor base panel 32 and the soundproof base wall 64. |
