PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement of therapeutic efficacy in application of albumin by achieving a reduced state of albumin extremely similar to the reduced state of albumin which is present in plasma, in a production method of a human albumin solution.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a preparation method of a human albumin solution, more particularly, to the method comprising a step of reducing dissolved oxygen in the albumin solution until it becomes the concentration of 0.5 ppm or less. According to the method of the invention, the human albumin solution having a reduced state more similar to the reduced state of albumin which is present in human plasma can be obtained. |
