A system for providing product consultation information according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a service providing server which provides a product manual configured with detailed categories about products, receives customer selection information, customer information, and manager information for the detailed categories, and generates and stores customer consultation information; a manager terminal which stores the manager information and the customer information, displays the product manual, stores the customer selection information generated for the detailed categories, and transmits the stored manager information, customer information, and customer selection information to the service providing server; and a customer terminal which requests the customer consultation information, and receives URL information of the service providing server corresponding to the customer selection information according to the request. The manager terminal sequentially provides question options about the kind, size, manufacturer, origin, color, and price of products in accordance with selection answers of the customer through the product manual. And the manager terminal displays the product′s consultation history information and consultation reservation information on a calendar-based execution screen for each date respectively, links the URL including the product consultation history information to the corresponding date section of the calendar, and generates a unique URL for each customer consultation by using at least one of the personal information of a customer who is a consultation target and the selection information of a customer for question options about products. |
