PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stimulation response type material grasping the abnormality of the pH in a culture solution during culture and non-invasively recovering a cell sheet when culture is finished without abnormality, and a cell culture vessel using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a material having a region composed of a temperature responsible polymer and a pH responsible polymer different from the temperature responsible polymer, and the region lie at different positions, thus independent from temperature and pH, hydrophilic properties and hydrophobic properties are changed at stimulation response. |
