PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoforming apparatus which can support and fix easily a plastic sheet material set in it by sandwiching with a fixation cassette and allows easy charge into the thermoforming apparatus as in a fixed state.SOLUTION: A fixation cassette is composed of a first frame body 10 which is provided with a first sandwiching part (11) which sandwiches a plastic material P to be adhered to a trial product B to be tried so as to model the trial product B and a second frame 20 which is provided with a second sandwiching part (21) so as to oppose the first sandwiching part (11). In individual surfaces opposite to the first sandwiching part (11) and the second sandwiching part (21), boring means 15 of boring a fixation attachment hole P1 in the plastic sheet material P, positioning the plastic sheet material P and keeping sandwiching is provided. A thermoforming apparatus 30 which is provided with a container frame body 31, a heat source 32, a vacuum suction source 35 and a block 37, supports the fixation cassette 1 freely removably and has a cassette fixation frame 41 moving vertically between the heat source 32 and the vacuum suction source 35 is fabricated. |
