PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printing medium which provides a high printing density when printed with a non-aqueous ink, and decreases stains transferred on the roller immediately after printing.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording medium for a non-aqueous ink includes a layer comprising a polyvinyl alcohol protective colloid-type acrylic polymer on a substrate. Inkjet printing is performed on this coating layer using a non-aqueous ink. For example, in a non-aqueous inkjet printing method where, after forming a coating layer by coating a pretreatment liquid on a substrate, printing is performed by discharging a non-aqueous ink comprising at least a coloring agent and a non-aqueous solvent on the coating layer, used as the pretreatment liquid is one containing the polyvinyl alcohol protective colloid-type acrylic polymer. |
