PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking assist mobile object capable of holding wheels by switching them over into different inclination angles in use in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A walking assist mobile object 100 includes: a walking assist mobile object body 1; a pair of drive wheels 3 juxtaposed in the horizontal direction (X direction) of the walking assist mobile object body 1; and a pair of first levers 4 to which the pair of drive wheels 3 are fitted respectively, the pair of first levers 4 rotationally turning about respective rotational turning centers C. The walking assist mobile object is configured to switch over between a first position where grounding positions of the drive wheels 3 are disposed inside the rotational turning center C and a second position where the grounding positions of the drive wheels 3 are disposed outside the rotational turning center C. |
