PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform temperature rise of lubricant when it is necessary to increase temperature of lubricant for lubricating a lubrication object containing a gear.SOLUTION: In a case where it is necessary to increase temperature of lubricant outside a heat insulation storage part 81, when an oil temperature Tt of lubricant outside the heat insulation storage part 81 is higher than an oil temperature Ta of lubricant inside the heat insulation storage part 81, a heater 82 is powered on and a balloon 83 is in a contracted state, and when the oil temperature Tt of lubricant outside the heat insulation storage part 81 is equal to or lower than the oil temperature Ta of lubricant inside the heat insulation storage part 81, the heater 82 is powered off and the balloon 83 is in an enlarged state. |
