PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of a rotary electric machine which inhibits temperature rise of a coil caused by eddy current.SOLUTION: A stator of a rotary electric machine includes: a stator core 25 where multiple split cores 24 are disposed along a circumferential direction; a coil 18 wound around teeth 24b of the split cores 24; and an insulator 26 which insulates the teeth 24b from the coil 18. The insulator 26 includes: a wound part body 42 around which a winding wire of the coil 18 is wound; an inner flange part 44 which is provided at a radial inner end part of the wound part body 42; and an outer flange part 46 which is provided at a radial outer end part of the wound part body 42. A radial thickness s1 of the inner flange part 44 is larger than a radial thickness s2 of the outer flange part 46. |
