The present invention relates to a rotation plate of a food waste grounding apparatus which, more particularly, enables food waste to be cut into small pieces by a cutting blade and to be discharged. The food waste grounding apparatus comprises: a grinder body (10) which is connected to a drainage hole of a kitchen sink and has a discharge pipe (12) installed on one side thereof; the rotation plate (20) which is installed in the grinder body (10) and has a rotation-type hammer (21) and the fixation-type cutting blade (23), which are formed on an upper side to grind food waste, and multiple discharge holes (24) formed on the surface thereof; and a grinding guiding ring (30) installed to be arranged on a circumference of the rotation plate (20) on an inner circumferential side of the grinder body (10). On an upper circumference of the rotation plate (20), at least one cutting blade (40) is additionally formed to cut the food waste, which has been firstly cut by the hammer (21) and the cutting blade (23), into small pieces. |
