PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a required amount of materials to be calculated, while managing the version of the materials.SOLUTION: A required amount calculation system for calculating a required amount of materials used for a production of a product is accessible to a database for storing a plurality of MRP elements which is information required for calculating the required amount. At least a part of the MRP elements includes the version of the materials used for the production, and includes: a MRP element editing part for deleting versions not corresponding to a predetermined version; and a required amount calculation part for calculating the required amount based on the MRP elements from among the temporary storage part for temporarily storing the MRP elements read from the database and the MRP elements including the version of the material. |
