PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing management program, capable of suppressing a manufacturing line stop.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method comprises the steps of: determining by a determination part whether or not an assistant is called on the basis of a work start position to a product conveyed by conveying means and a work time of the product; specifying a work requiring a period of time longer than the excess of the work time to a workable time determined from the work start position when determined that the assistant is called; and presenting the specified work to the assistant by presentation means. |
