PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that is able to minimize output voltage change by stabilizing output voltage control in a short time even when the state of load connected changes.SOLUTION: A power supply system is composed by connecting a plurality of power supply modules in parallel. One of the power supply modules is a master module that generates output current during an operation of the power supply system, and the other is a slave module that has an operating state in which output current is generated and a quiescent state in which output current is not generated. In the slave module in an operating state, a digital-analog converter is adjusted such that output from the digital-analog converter is equal to an error voltage. In the slave module in a quiescent state, the digital-analog converter is brought to a retaining state such that reference voltage adjusting means generates an adjustment reference voltage in accordance with the difference between the output from the digital-analog converter and the error voltage. |
