PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition which is used when different kinds of moldings are joined to each other to obtain a joint body and which allows the joint body to have such high joining strength that the joining strength is hardly deteriorated even in a severe usage environment.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition contains: 100 pts. wt. of a resin component (on condition that the total of a polyester block copolymer (A) and a polyvinyl acetal resin (B) is 100 wt.%), that consists of 66-99 wt.% of the polyester block copolymer (A) which contains a hard segment (a1) consisting of a crystalline aromatic polyester unit and a soft segment (a2) consisting of an aliphatic polyether unit and/or an aliphatic polyester unit and has the melting point lower than 210°C and 1-34 wt.% of the polyvinyl acetal resin (B); 0.01-5.0 pts. wt. of a silane coupling agent (C); 0.01-5.0 pts. wt. of an antioxidant (D); and 0.1-5.0 pts. wt. of a polycarbodiimide compound (E).
