PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a portable storage device carried about by each user of a facility and thereby to enable detailed tracking of the action history of the user.SOLUTION: A reader/writer 20 installed at each entrance door of a facility includes: a short-range communication processing unit 21 that, when a portable apparatus 10 of a user comes close, receives information from the portable apparatus 10, and generates passage information of the entrance door to transmit it to the portable apparatus 10; and an information registration unit 22 that registers the received information and the passage information as action history information in a database server 40. The portable apparatus 10 includes a short-range communication processing unit 11 that, when a portable apparatus 30 of another user comes close, receives passage information stored in an information storage unit 32 as passing-each other information to register it in an information storage unit 12, and that, when it comes close to the reader/writer 20, transmits the information stored in the information storage unit 12, and receives the passage information from the reader/writer 20 to register it in the information storage unit 12. |
