PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation program enabling elementary, junior high or high school students or a beginner as a target simulated experience of asset management utilizing of a computer. SOLUTION: The simulation program is provided with a first fluctuation logic to fluctuate an official discount rate interlocking with the business survey index and a second fluctuation logic to fluctuate a price and an interest rate of each financial commodity. A process encouraging a user to input initial items including an asset management period and an applied fund, a process setting the business survey index at the time of input of the initial items, a process finding the business survey index, the official discount rate corresponding to the business survey index by referencing the first fluctuation logic, and the price and interest rate of each kind of financial commodity when encouraging the user to input the investment data and encouraging the user to input the disposal data, a process rewriting and preserving a portfolio every time inputting investment data or disposal data, and a process responding to the portfolio output command and outputting the portfolio at that time, are executed by a computer. |
