PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission image pickup system using an industrial high energy X-ray source, which uses a semiconductor detector highly sensitive to a high energy X-ray and achieves a detector structure capable of imaging a high-quality transmission image of a large subject such as a structure of the social infrastructure.SOLUTION: An X-ray imaging system comprises: an X-ray source 5 emitting an X-ray; a detector 1 detecting an X-ray transmitting through an imaging subject 6; a semiconductor detector array 3 moving inside the detector; a semiconductor detector array driving part moving the semiconductor detector array in a vertical direction; and a signal processing circuit 9 processing and converting into an image a measurement signal measured by the detector. |
