PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of bathing without hindering comfort.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: bathing determination means (a processor 4) that determines that a bather starts to have a bath by any of or two or more of a water level detection of a bathtub (26) and a human body detection or bathing sound of the bather; and state determination means (the processor 4) that, after the determination of the bathing start of the bather, determines a bathing state of the bather on the basis of any of or two or more of the water level detection of the bathtub, and the human body detection or the bathing sound of the bather.
