The present invention relates to an operational mandrel which manufactures a wheel having an undercut portion formed on an inner circumference thereof by flow-forming a preform. The operational mandrel comprises: a mandrel housing fixated and installed in a support base; a support guide fixated and installed in an upper surface of the support base while being inserted into an inner circumference of the mandrel housing; a movement guide fixated and installed in an upper surface of the support guide while being inserted into an inner circumference of the mandrel housing; a horizontal operational body whose upper portion thereof is seated on an upper surface of the mandrel housing and arranged in a radial direction while a lower portion thereof is seated on an upper surface of the movement guide; a vertical operational body inserted into an inner circumference of the support guide to vertically be moved while being mounted on the horizontal operational body, and provided with a discharging means; and a discharge cylinder arranged on a lower side of the vertical operational body to vertically move the vertical operational body. The preform can be fixated and discharged through a vertical movement of the vertical operational body and a horizontal movement of the horizontal operational body linked to a vertical operation of the discharge cylinder. |
