The invention provides a cooking apparatus. The cooking apparatus can notify a user that fire power increases and realizes safe cooking even the fire power is automatically adjusted to maintain the temperature unchanged. The cooking apparatus is characterized in that the fire power change temperature from low temperature fire to high temperature fire is set based on a temperature [Ts] set by a temperature setting portion (18) under automatic fire power adjustment control. The temperature decrease gradient is calculated based on a determined temperature [Th] of low temperature fire decreasing to a prescribed temperature and a time period determined by a timer (6) from the decrease to the prescribed temperature. After the fire power change is reported by a loudspeaker (5), the fire power changes from the low temperature fire to the high temperature fire. |
