Provided is a road sign board which increases the temperature of the surface of the road sign board using ground heat to prevent the surface of the road sign board from freezing due to a temperature difference or to rapidly remove the frozen state. The present invention comprises: a post (11) which is vertically installed on the ground; a sign board (12) which is prepared on the top end part of the post (11); a ground heat collecting part (13) which is buried in the ground where the post (11) is installed and collects ground heat; and a rapid temperature lowering prevention part (14) which prevents the temperature of surface of the sign board (12) from rapidly lowering by transferring the collected ground heat to the sign board (12). |
