The present invention relates to a method for providing transaction information customized to customer and store, and a server apparatus and a system using the same. The method for providing transaction information comprises the following steps: receiving from a mobile terminal device owned by a customer, store identification information and customer identification information received by the mobile terminal when the customer enters the store wherein the information is included in a signal broadcasted from a near field communications device installed in the store; transmitting sales history information of the store obtained by using the received store identification information to the mobile terminal device; and transmitting at least one from customer information and purchase history information of the customer obtained by using the received customer identification information to a payment terminal device.
