A motor coupling connecting a motor output shaft and a work shaft of an electric power steering apparatus comprises: a first member formed to be connected to the motor output shaft to be rotated along with the motor output shaft, and having a body unit and a plurality of clamping protrusions protruding an external side in a radial direction from the body unit; a second member formed to be connected to the worm shaft to be rotated along with the worm shaft, and forming an accommodating space which accommodates the body unit, wherein the clamping protrusions are individually inserted; and a first damping member interposed between the first member and the second member to perform damping in a longitudinal direction.
