The present invention relates to a composition comprising a Hippophae rhamnoides L. extract for preventing, alleviating or treating andropause syndrome and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical formulation comprising a Hippophae rhamnoides L. extract for preventing or treating andropause syndrome which alleviates syndrome induced by andropause by increasing testosterone secretion in body and a novel use as a functional food for prevention or treatment.
