The present invention relates to an apparatus for cooling, heating and ventilation and a control method for the same, and more specifically, to an apparatus for cooling, heating and ventilation, comprising: a thermoelectric module for controlling the temperature of surrounding gas; a duct combined with the thermoelectric module to provide a space extended from the thermoelectric module to let gas circulate; multiple ventilation holes formed to be parallel on the surface of the duct; an opening/closing means connected to each of the ventilation holes; an opening/closing controller for moving on the multiple ventilation holes to control the opening/closing means; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the opening/closing controller to individually control the opening/closing means. The present invention can be applied to various seats and can control the strength of ventilation for each ventilation hole according to the set temperature.
