摘要 The present invention relates to a size control method of a Ge nanoparticle, a manufacturing method of a size-controlled Ge nanoparticle, and a Ge nanoparticle manufactured therethrough and, more specifically, to a size control method of a Ge nanoparticle, which comprises the processes of: forming an oxide layer on a surface of a Ge nanoparticle by treating a Ge nanoparticle with an oxidizing agent; and removing the formed oxide layer, to a manufacturing method of the size-controlled Ge nanoparticle, and to a Ge nanoparticle manufactured by the manufacturing method. According to the present invention, a size-controlled Ge nanoparticle with high yield can be obtained with a simple reagent and processes which are used, and with an easily available component.
