The present invention relates to a crosslinked polymer blend cation exchange membrane and a manufacturing method of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a crosslinked polymer blend cation exchange membrane, comprising the steps of: (A) manufacturing a mixed solution including a polymer capable of inducing a crosslinking structure by radiation, an ionomer including a sulfonic acid group, a crosslinking agent, and a solvent; and (B) irradiating radiation after casting and drying the mixed solution. The present invention also relates to a crosslinked polymer blend cation exchange membrane manufactured by the manufacturing method.
