The present invention relates to a fluorescence immunoassay kit with enhanced detection sensitivity due to an amplified fluorescence signal, by comprising a composite combined with antibody and a fluorescent material mediated by latex. The present invention further relates to a method for detecting a target antigen by using the fluorescence immunoassay kit. In the present invention, the fluorescence immunoassay kit contains the composite combined with the antigen and the fluorescent material mediated by latex, and thus ensures effective detection of the target antigen even with a trace amount of specimens, thereby being able to be widely applied in detection of various antigens and a diagnosis of diseases using the kit.
