The present invention provides a carbon nanotube structure for water treatment, a manufacturing method thereof, and a separation film for water treatment comprising the same, which enables pure water to selectively penetrate toward the outer wall of the carbon nanotube by concentrating the vertically arranged carbon nanotube and removing amorphous carbon on the outer wall of the carbon nanotube through heat treatment.
