PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for easily manufacturing an exterior wall panel that allows efficient thermal curing of a moisture curing-type adhesive and has a tiled joint part of excellent appearance.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for an exterior wall panel of the present invention includes: a water addition step in which 0.5 to 10 pts.wt. of water is added to 100 pts.wt. of moisture curing-type adhesives containing a curing catalyst and polyalkylene oxide that contains a hydrolyzable silyl group; a bonding step in which the moisture curing-type adhesive added with water is applied on a metallic panel and tiles are bonded on the metallic panel with the moisture curing-type adhesive in between; and a curing step in which the moisture curing-type adhesive is heated and cured.
