The present invention relates to a carbonization system by immersing wood into high-temperature oil, which comprises the following steps: increasing a temperature of oil fluid (3) by applying heat, by means of either one among flame, an electric heater (9), or plasma (1), intensively onto one side of a box (5) for containing fluid after filling the box (5) with vegetable or animal oil fluid (3), and then carbonizing the same while vaporizing moisture by deeply immersing the wood (11) into the high-temperature oil fluid (3) without exposure the same to the atmosphere; finishing the carbonized wood by removing water fluid and the oil fluid (3) attached onto a body of the carbonized wood (3) by taking out the wood to an upper part of low-temperature water fluid (13), exposing the same to the atmosphere, and then blowing air to the same at a room temperature, after cooling the carbonized wood (11) exposed to a high temperature by putting and depositing into the low-temperature water fluid (13) contained in a cooling reactor by driving a transfer device (4). |
