PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical sensor such that influence of variation of a detection light amount is reduced and resolution can be increased.SOLUTION: An optical sensor 35 includes: a first polarization layer that separates incident light in a first polarization direction; a first light receiving portion that receives first separation light separated at the first polarization layer; a second polarization layer that separates incident light into a second polarization direction; and a second light receiving portion that receives second separation light separated at the second polarization layer. The first light receiving portion and the second light receiving portion are disposed alternately at a given distance to each other.
