PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which it is difficult to change the balance of a plurality of indexes, in air conditioning control based on a plurality of indexes.SOLUTION: First, second and third index value calculation units calculate: a first index value according to an air conditioning environment state of an air conditioning space; a second index value according to an evaluation of a person existing in the air conditioning space with respect to the air conditioning environment; and a third index value according to an activity state of the person existing in the air conditioning space respectively. A weight setting unit sets the weight corresponding to the first index value, the second index value and the third index value. A total index value calculation unit calculates a total index value from the first index value, the second index value, the third index value and the weight. A setting environment calculation unit calculates an air conditioning environment setting value of the air conditioning space based on the total index value. |
