FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: method of drawing-down of complex large-scale part includes the blank laying on the stamp, the blank flange pressing by the stamp pressing plate to the mould pressing surface, and pulling-in of the blank central part by the die in the mould work cavity with simultaneous braking of the blank flange. The blank flange braking is performed by pressing in form of the external cross slide of the double or triple action press, and three braking ribs.EFFECT: blank destruction and wrinkling are removed, increased part accuracy, reduced consumption of plates per part, and labour intensity of its manufacturing.11 cl, 22 dwg |
